1. When will EGC open for business?
Barring any unforeseen issues, we plan on opening our doors in September of 2025.
2. Will it be open to the public, or is it "members only"?
We will have one bay dedicated to the public! This will allow patrons that want to try out the experience to use the Trackman app to book their time without signing up for a membership.
3. So that means that I can take advantage of a membership if I am a frequent customer?
Absolutely! While the public will have access to Bay #1, members will have access to all three Trackman IO bays, with Bay #2 and Bay #3 dedicated as "Members Only". Members will have benefits like extended hours and no cost per session.
4. Wait, where are you located?
See our Contact page for details. Basically we are walking distance from Rockyard and Bubbles. We share a parking lot with Castle Rock Crossfit. You can enter Industrial Way to our facility from US 85 (that is essentially the "short cut" for folks that live in The Meadows), or you can get to Industrial Way via Meadows Parkway and Castleton Road.
5. Is the front door always open?
No, we utilize a keyless entry system. To enter you must receive a code. This will be sent to you at time of booking by the Trackman Booking and Payment system.
6. Will there be someone on staff when I arrive?
Not always. This facility is designed to be largely unstaffed. However, if you would like a special introductory session, then email us at info@elevationgolfclub.com after you make your booking! Someone will be there to greet you and introduce you to the technology so that you can get the most out of your experience.
7. Will there be food and drink?
We will not have food onsite. However, if you think ahead you are welcome to have food delivered, or you can bring your own. We will have fresh water available for your water bottle, as well as some free drinks available from a small refrigerator.
8. What are your business hours?
We plan to be open from 9:00a - 5:00p for the public and 6:00a - 10:00p for members, every day of the week.
9. Will you offer the purchase of prepaid sessions for public discounts?
Yes, you can buy gift cards, which offer bulk credits at a discount, and those credits will be stored and tracked in the Trackman Booking and Payment system. This card can be purchased for yourself or be gifted to others via email. The same 'Reserve your bay' interface gives the option to 'Book a Bay', purchase a 'Membership', and purchase a 'Gift Card'.

11. Should I download the Trackman app?
Download the Trackman app and create an account! The Trackman app is available on both the Apple iOS App Store and Google Android Play Store. Signing up for a Trackman account is free and has no obligation. Once you establish your account, add the golf clubs that you use to your profile as this will help in shot tracking once you visit EGC. All activity from your golf sessions will be tracked in your Trackman profile.
